As our graphic novels are published and purchased through Amazon self-publishing in both paperback and eBook formats worldwide, it will be their return policies you will have to abide by.
Prints
Our printer, Giclee Today, will handle your damage and return claims.
Refunds
You cannot ask for a refund after your print has been completed. Orders may be cancelled if printing has not started. There may be a small admin fee for cancelled orders so please be sure to proof your order before placing the order online.
Damages
You must provide images of the damaged prints and packaging to our printing company (Giclee Today) and they will determine whether to reprint the order or refund the cost of the damaged prints. Damage claims and lost packages must be reported to them within 25 days of the ship date so they can work with USPS and FedEx. Returned packages are treated as lost or damaged and you must let them know the package was not received, our printer does not always get a returned package back right away so it is up to you to contact them about lost, returned or stolen packages. This also applies to orders that may be missing a print in the package, they need to know within 25 days of the shipping date.
